RoomSaathi is a technology platform that helps users discover and connect with rooms and potential roommates. We are not a broker, landlord, tenant, or party to any rental, lease, or roommate agreement formed between users. Any agreement — verbal or written — made between users is solely between those individuals.

2. No verification guarantee

While we verify phone numbers and, where provided, ID documents at signup, we cannot guarantee that every listing, photo, or profile detail is fully accurate or up to date. Users are responsible for independently verifying a room, property, or roommate before entering into any financial or living arrangement.

3. User-generated content

Listings, profile details, photos, and messages are created by users, not RoomSaathi. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any user-generated content, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.

4. Safety recommendations

• Meet in public or well-lit spaces for the first interaction where possible.
• Visit a room in person before making any payment.
• Never transfer money outside the platform to someone you have not verified in person.
• Report suspicious listings or profiles to us immediately at tech@roomsaathi.in.

5. No financial or legal advice

Nothing on RoomSaathi constitutes legal, financial, or real-estate advice. Rent amounts, deposit terms, and agreement conditions shown on the platform are set by users, and we recommend consulting a professional for any formal tenancy documentation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomSaathi and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, dispute, or harm arising from interactions, agreements, or transactions between users, whether initiated on or off the platform.

We may revise this Disclaimer periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
